Dr. Miller is just the best dentist. He takes his time with my children and makes sure every thing that is needed is thoroughly explained. He makes us feel like we are family every time we see him. As a parent and in my own personal experiences as a child, I did not have a very good experience at the dentist, when I found out my son needed dental work, I was already obviously nervous about it due to my past experience for myself. We were referred from our family dentist to this dentist for the actual treatment that my child needed. When I called to make the appointment, I was informed that their policy is to not allow parents back with the children, with my past experience, that made me extremely nervous. I expressed this with the dental team and they assured me that my child would be safe, and they walked me through everything that they would do. As a parent, I must advocate for my child, and they were very respectful of everything that I needed from them.They did a wonderful job with my child , and assuring me that he would be taken care of. We all love Dr. Miller and his team. From signing in, to checking out - they are all so kind and very informative. I like how they sit you down to show you what all is going on with your child’s teeth. They aren’t in a rush and answer every question without hesitation. Augusta Pediatric Dentistry was amazing! The office staff was very friendly and the dental hygienist Explained everything and then doctor miller came in and also went in great detail of everything. Dr. Miller was amazing with the boys. This was our first time at a Dentist Office where we feel appreciated. I am so glad we made the decision to come here. Grayson and Grant Enjoyed their visit And will definitely be back in six months for their cleaning. I love getting alerts about their appointments too.
